With us you will have the opportunity to:
Join Next Generation KYC PEGA, the new value stream within Group Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), which has the responsibility for running group common Financial Crime Programmes with focus on AML/Counter-Terrorism Finance
You will be part of an international team that is driven by initiative and high responsibility co-workers
As an APO, you have experience from AML and KYC and will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of Swedbank´s future KYC-process

What is needed in this role:
You excel in stakeholder management and as a person, you take initiative and you’re always one step ahead of the game
Previous experience in Product ownership is a must, at least 3+ years
You own and will manage the team’s backlog – you prioritize the backlog and you make sure it´s clear for everyone what to do
You lead and guide the team in the right direction – especially during stressful times and you have have great communications and coordination skills – both within the team and with other teams
Experience within Process and product development within the regulatory area is a must
Experience and knowledge within the regulatory area of AML and CTF is a must
Experience from working with KYC and screening is a must
Previous work experience in PEGA Client Lifecycle Mgmt, and the will to learn more, is a plus
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Finally, you should have the relevant university degree
