Agile Product Owner (APO)

Are you passionate about IT and financial markets? Here´s an opportunity to join our BIO organization as an Agile Product Owner at LC&I. We are now building the future for markets trading together with the Markets Value Stream, and we need an technically oriented Agile Product Owner to support our core IT services for the financial markets area.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for proactively driving the devOps pipeline development, CI/CD, Cloud enablement and life cycle management to support the markets area of business
- Work in an agile organization, leading Team Structure within Markets value stream, and responsible for prioritizing the backlog for the agile team.
- Represent BIO organization working for the Markets value stream
- Maintain dialogues with stakeholders to understand current business and IT oriented capabilities and critical gaps
- Collaborate with BIO, other teams, APOs and value streams


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

- Relevant IT development and IT management experience (preferably at least 5 years).

- Preferably and highly valuated is product knowledge (FX, Credit and Fixed Income).

- Good communication skills in English language, both spoken and written
