Agile Product Owner (APO)

- Coordinate, align and prioritize development initiatives together with stakeholders and vendors;
- Set development roadmap and manage the backlog;
- Own service portfolio under your area of responsibility;
- Be a part of an agile team focused on delivering customer needs;
- Collaborate with other teams and APOs in order to secure value stream joint deliveries;
- Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working;
- Work in multi-cultural, multi-tasking and challenging environment.


What is needed in this role:
- Project management experience
- Technical knowledge/overview of WebLogic/WebSphere and Oracle E-Business Suite is a strong plus;
- Ability to lead the creation of the product vision and execution of the roadmap;
- Strong analytical skills, strategical way of thinking
- High degree of stress tolerance combined with high level of motivation and perseverance;
- Being structured and self-driven, giving and taking responsibility;
- Strong customer focus, proactive and solution driven orientation;
- Understanding of agile development principles;
- Strong background in understanding IT development in a complex development and system environment;
- Expertise in time, dependency, and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
