It is happening - right now…
We are shaping the future of transport solutions. We are making self-driving trucks and buses a reality. We are driving the shift towards a sustainable transport solution. It will have a huge impact on us all.
So now is the right time to join us: together we will create a vision about how this will be accomplished and make it happen. Yes, it is both exciting, and so much fun!
Want to be part of it? Then continue reading.
As an agile product owner for our automation team you will:
• Be responsible for defining and communicating the vision and the roadmap for software test automation.
• Manage and prioritize the team’s backlog.
• act cross-functionally and will contribute with your holistic view to the common value creation flow, together with the rest of the organization and the other product owners.
• Focus on the team’s deliveries by creating a stable and collaborative environment in which all members’ ideas are taken into consideration and where the dare-to-try spirit is highly valued.
Who are you?
You, like us, believe in the importance of diversity, inclusion, and respect for individuals. You are a pragmatic and humble technical leader. Communication skills and transparency are key qualities. We want to feel good and have fun at work, so highly valued even your interpersonal skills.
We expect you have a technical background with an understanding of software development. The team focuses mostly on the automation of software testing in large CI/CD frameworks, so you should be interested in these areas and be willing to learn more.
We increase more and more the use of Amazon Web Services and understanding of the cloud is, therefore, a plus.
The department works according to the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe but even experience from other agile frameworks is excellent know-how.
Who are we?
At the department of Autonomous Systems (EA), we are developing self-driving vehicles. Our group Virtual Test Environment (EACV) is contributing to the development of autonomous solutions by enabling engineering productivity. We use state-of-the-art technologies in a dynamic and creative environment.
Product quality, stability, and safety are crucial requisites for us to be able to deploy new software stack releases. The automation team at EACV contributes to these goals by enabling CI/CD in cloud-based automatic test loops. This is done at different scales both for each commit and in large nightly test loops. We also help other teams with component testing and data traceability. Upcoming challenges include automated releases, automated troubleshooting of failing tests, and pipeline monitoring.
We are a tight team and highly appreciate teamwork. For example, programming mob sessions happen almost daily. We are always available for supporting and help each other.
