We are looking for well-organized and driven Product Owner that is passionate about development and transformation within Oracle database area.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Manage product development backlog and roadmap;
- Prioritize, align and coordinate activities together with stakeholders and vendors;
- Own service portfolio under your area of responsibility;
- Be a part of an agile team focused on delivering customer needs;
- Act as a team player in the cross-functional team and constantly improve the way of working;
- Work in multi-cultural, multi-tasking and challenging environment.
What is needed in this role:
- Expertise in time, dependency and stakeholder management;
- Ability to define and maintain product vision and backlog;
- Understanding of working according to Scrum, SAFe or any other Agile framework;
- Good to have a technical knowledge about Oracle databases;
- Strong background in understanding IT-development and maintenance in a complex system environment;
- Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset;
- Very good communication skills and social competence;
- Team player mindset and can-do attitude also in complex situations;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
