Agile Product Owner - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Agile Product Owner who is experienced in the PO role in an agile context, e.g. worked with digital service development with agile methodologies such as SAFe.

What you'll do:
● Ensure that the services that are developed, maintain high quality, function and are designed in a customer-friendly and clear way to optimize the desired effects.
● See both what needs to be done in the upcoming sprint and forward based on needs and dependencies.
● Involve stakeholders in the work, when necessary, ask questions and communicate, Further, lead exploratory work / analyses around features for upcoming implementation.
● Guide the development team towards goal-driven development and application operation with continuous fast and sharp deliveries from an effect, cost, time and user perspective.
● Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
Who you are:
● Several years of practical experience in the PO role in an agile context, e.g., worked with digital service development with agile methodologies such as SAFe.
● Experience as a consultant in the field. Has a habit of working independently in complex organizations with many stakeholders and dependencies as well as high parallelism.
● Have the ability as a product owner in a team to translate the client's wishes and needs, create clarity around impact goals, priorities and be used to defining clear deliveries together with the team.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Good knowledge and/or previous experience of working with our services and our digital sales channels is highly meritorious.
