Are you passionate about delivering business value in close cooperation with your team and stakeholders?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Make an impact and create great value for our customers
- Take the lead of a highly skilled agile team working with Swedbank Consumer Payment products
- Be involved in the development process from start to finish and ensure agreed activities are delivered
- Work according to SAFe, scaled agile framework (we launched our train during spring)
- Be responsible for maximizing value of an investment opportunity and the work of the agile team
- In close cooperation with the team, stakeholders and train lead manage the expectations on deliveries
- Prioritize, manage team backlog and coordinate dependencies with other teams
- As a service owner, take full lifecycle responsibility for both new and already implemented applications
- Ensure IT services are aligned with the IT strategies and Service Management processes
What is needed in this role:
- Proven strong leadership and communicational skills
- Good understanding of software development and maintenance
- A problem solver with a can-do-attitude who gets motivated by new responsibilities
- Ability to engage and inspire other people
- Interest in learning how our consumer payment products can be used in the best way for creating business value
- You are open and adaptable to change and have the courage to, in times of change, show others the way
- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues
- Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Preferable you have an academic degree in an appropriate discipline
- Experience from Project management, Product development or equal could be valuable
- Payments area will be an advantage, but not a requirement
