Agile Product Owner to Corporate Payment and Account Products

Are you passionate about prioritising the needs of our corporate customers and to provide them with the future payment integration experience?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Contribute upon the vision for improving the future corporate customer experience of payment integration.

- Create and execute upon the product roadmap for customers and 3rd party integration services.

- Manage a wide range of stakeholders throughout the business and effectively communicate priorities to the team.

- Take responsibility for ensuring new products and deliveries and follow defined Swedbank product lifecycle practices.

- Present detailed requirements, product goals and timelines to the development team, and guide the team throughout planning and execution.

- Owning, prioritizing and manage team backlog, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.

- In close cooperation with the Product Owner, team, stakeholders, and ART lead manage the expectations on deliveries.

What is needed in this role:

- A value driven mindset.

- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues.

- Proven leadership and strong communication skills (including proficiency in English).

- Experience from working in an agile set-up with relevant agile methods.

- The ability to motivate yourself and others to consistently deliver high quality solutions to a key customer group.

- The desire to gain a deep understanding of the needs of corporate customers and be able to translate these needs into business requirements.

- Experience from Project management and/or Product development.

- Leadership qualities to engage and motivate a development team.

- Critical thinking and the ability to challenge others as long as the end goal is to deliver value to Swedbank customers.
