With us you will have the opportunity to set a new standard for Swedbank’s future KYC-process:
- Next Generation KYC PEGA, the new value stream within Group Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), has the responsibility for running group common Financial Crime Programmes with focus on AML/Counter-Terrorism Finance
- You will be part of an international team that is driven by initiative and high responsibility co-workers
- As an APO, you will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of the future KYC-process of Swedbank

- You are true team player and you know how to motivate and bring the team together.
What is needed in this role:
- you excel in stakeholder management
- previous experience in Product ownership is a must, at least 3+ years
- as a person you take initiative and you’re always one step ahead of the game
- you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- you own and will manage the team’s backlog - you prioritize the backlog and you make sure it´s clear for everyone what to do
- you lead and guide the team in the right direction - especially during stressful times
- you need to have great communications and coordination skills - both within the team and with other teams
- experience from previous change management, system deployment and implementation within financial services is an advantage
- previous background in conducting and working with Customer due diligence is a plus
- previous work experience in PEGA Client Lifecycle Mgmt, and the will to learn more, is a plus finally, you should have the relevant university degree.
