Agile Product Owner to Release, Deployment and Quality Assurance team

Be the member of an agile team focused on operational responsibilities for release and deployment in different DW platforms and drive Quality Assurance improvements through the Quality Assurance Action Team (QAAT), test data management:

- Extend analytical capabilities;
- Support for analytical on new types of data;
- Non-structured, semi-structured and structured data;
- Product system data, Events, Logs, Social media, Documents;
- High volumes possible with lower cost than DW;
- Support for near real-time data;
- Use ODL as staging area for DW by optimizing reconciliation complexity between DWs/BI Services; latency of Batch processing in DW; development effort on source side/number of source data pipes to analytical services;
- Support a single sourcing point for operational customer analytical services;
- Avoid multiple point-to-point integrations.


Delivering customer needs:

- Having the primary responsibility for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog;
- Maximizing the value produced by the team and ensuring deliveries meet the expected quality and completeness;
- Preparing Iteration planning events and coordinating dependencies;
- Maintaining the good flow in team and understanding the enabler work;
- Efficient communication between the team and stakeholders;
- Participating in team demo and retrospective.


What is needed in this role:
- Previous Product owner experience;
- Sound knowledge and experience in:- Data warehousing and data lake including knowledge and/or understanding of architecture and the infrastructure (environments and tools);
Integrations to cloud based BI and data warehouse solutions;
Working with test, release and deployment processes;
Quality assurance and the maturity in DevOps within BI and data warehousing.




- Enthusiasm and willingness to:
- To unify/streamline the different test and release processes;
- Improve automation of test, release and deployment activities;
- Test data management;
- Test environment management;




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one;

- Passion about Business Intelligence services development and maintenance;
- Excellent communication (including proficiency in English) and presentation skills;
- Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset;
- Excellent time management, stakeholder management, planning and execution skills;
- Experience in Agile Ways of Working;
- Open-minded team player mindset and can-do attitude also in complex situations;
- Being structured, self-driven, giving and taking responsibility;
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing.
