Are you the person we are looking for, passionate about delivering business value in close cooperation with your team and stakeholders? We are now looking for an Agile Product Owner to our awesome Pega team?
In Swedbank Försäkring you have the opportunity to:
- Make an impact and create great value for our customers
- Take the lead of a highly skilled agile team working on the Pega platform
- Be involved in the development process from start to finish and ensure agreed activities are delivered
- Be responsible for maximizing value of an investment opportunity and the work of the agile team
- In close cooperation with the team, stakeholders and the Chief Product Owner manage the expectations on deliveries
- Prioritize, manage a backlog and coordinate dependencies with other teams
- As a service owner, take full lifecycle responsibility for both new and already implemented applications
- Ensure IT services are aligned with the IT strategies and Service Management processes
What is needed in this role:
- Proven strong leadership and communicational skills
- Good understanding of software development and maintenance
- A problem solver with a can-do-attitude who gets motivated by new responsibilities
- Ability to engage and inspire other people
- Interest in learning how to use the PEGA tool/platform in the best way for creating business value
- You are open and adaptable to change and have the courage to, in times of change, show others the way
- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues
- Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken
- You have preferable an academic degree in an appropriate discipline
- Experience from Project management, Product development or equal could be valuable
- Good business understanding from insurance field is a plus
- ..and previous experience from PEGA is of course beneficial
