Agile Product Owner to the Data Center facilities team

Aligning with our business and customer’s future needs, we want to revise and develop our Data Center facilities product portfolio with more flexible and scalable services without compromising stability and availability. We are looking for a great product owner for our Data Centre team that will continue the transformation towards modern data center operations.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Implement the Swedbank Data Center Strategy.
- Develop and communicate the product vision for the Swedbank Data Center facilities.
- Manage the product backlog.
- Deliver secure and reliable IT services throughout the life cycle.
- Collaborate with the team, Scrum Master and other APOs.
- Develop partnerships with our vendors.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding expectations and risks.
- Take ownership and develop KPIs.
- Ensure healthy balance between new products and maintenance/improvement tasks in the backlog in close cooperation with the team.
- Constantly improve way of working.


What is needed in this role:
- Academic degree in IT or a great reason for not having one.
- Understanding and experience of the Data Center industry.
- Interest in sustainability and the challenges/opportunities connected to data centres (power, cloud etc).
- Social, driven and not afraid of taking on challenging tasks.
- Strong in creating structure and setting priorities.
- Proven experience of working with change and incident’s ITIL processes.
- Experience from project management is a strong merit.
- Excellent cooperation & communication skills.
- Goal orientation, always looking for possibilities to improve processes and routines.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to different environments.
- Ability to reach out to people in an open, simple, and caring way.
- Open mindset with a customer focused approach.
- Proficient in English, spoken and written.
