Agile Program Management Officer in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Agile Program management Officer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
The Agile Program Management Office (APMO) is the owner of the development model for the bank's IT support and is a participant in the bank's ongoing Lean-Agila transformation. A large portion of the bank's development is now carried out in so-called Agile Release Trains (ART), which are based on the SAFe framework for Agile development and have been adapted for external regulations with requirements for the bank's development methodology.


We are constantly striving to improve and streamline our processes. Our development is organised in a portfolio that is divided into products and functional responsibilities (business areas), similar to SAFe solution levels. The portfolio includes a mix of ART, projects, and management responsibilities.


The ideal candidate will work closely with one or more sub-portfolios, coaching and ensuring that development is carried out in accordance with the development model. You will also play an important role in the model's improvement and communication of changes.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:


Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
You have many years of experience in an Agile leadership role such as RTE / CPM or possibly as the head of personnel in an Agile Release Train.
As a person, you have a strong sense of organisation, a strong desire to coach, and a strong desire to improve, based on previous assignments and roles.
You have a "Agile and Lean mindset," are educational, optimistic, and a natural leader.
SAFe SPC certification or something similar
Basic understanding of the regulatory requirements that the bank must meet in terms of information security and IT development.

It would be advantageous to have the following:
Is a civil engineer or similar with basic technical knowledge
For management and control functions, a Swedsec license is required.
