WHAT UTOPIANS DO

We are building a better world for music with innovative big data technology that tracks online music sources and translates them into meaningful music consumption reports for royalty collection. The solution we’re building does not threaten to usurp the role of industry incumbents - it is about bringing transparency in the industry and supporting efficient royalty collection.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

As one of our Agile Project Managers, you will be responsible for the day to day logistics and deliveries of one or multiple development teams consisting of a lead developer and developers. You'll be working closely together with lead developers in planning upcoming sprints and managing team members as well as with their project’s Product Owners who are responsible for setting up upcoming projects and features as well as deadlines.

YOUR TASKS

Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of your team members while ensuring that the team is actively working toward established milestones.
Leading daily stand ups for your teams.
Planning for upcoming sprints together with your lead developers.
Leading sprint planning for your teams.
Leading bi-weekly retrospectives.
Communicating team progress to CDO on a weekly basis.
Communicating with your Product owners about progress.
Some personnel responsibilities such as handling vacation requests or helping team members reaching their goals.


REQUIREMENTS

Structured, engaged and highly organized
Fluent in Swedish and English
Well versed in the art of communication
Solution driven
Previous experience with Jira preferable
Comfortable leading teams using Scrum methodology
