Description

In this role you will lead and play a vital role in our mission to making the company a truly data and insight driven company by steering the program management office of the new data enablement platform. As their PMO leader you will be responsible for steering and supporting a variety of stakeholders during the build of the platform. This will be done in conjunction with the team, who will support you in setting deadlines, documenting the development of the program and generating learnings.

Required language skills: English and Swedish.

Work tasks:

- Executing program management, including aligning deadlines following agile principles, support in prioritizing tasks
- Spreading our principles and ensuring people are empowered / knowledgeable about the platform roll-out
- Overseeing the development of the platform program and simultaneously deriving learnings and generating best practices
- Assisting the management of upstream (CTO & CPO) and down-stream (product teams) communication & reporting
- Defining and driving strategy and roadmaps while collaborating with the product teams, operators, and the broader organization
- Advocating and oversee the implementation of sustainable best-practices, and developing the strategy that will guide the ongoing platform roll-out, in. alignment with the platform and product teams
- Providing context, support and guidance as the team works toward our business objectives - you will inspire, not merely direct
- Engaging with your counterparts to efficiently deliver the desired outcomes
- Partnering with senior leadership to align their efforts in the domain space within the overall products and orders strategy
- Continuously evaluating the program to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Min. 3 years of strategy / management or strategic IT. consulting experience, digital program management experience, or other relevant digital transformation experience
- Have worked in an agile environment for minimum of 1 year, and thus have experience in the SCRUM methodology, e.g., following sprint logic, epics, features, and stories
- Want to make an impact and take on big complex issues and are not afraid to challenge others
- Have an understanding of current data platform / cloud technologies and practices with a good understanding of working with multiple stakeholders from engineering to business
