As our quest to democratise financial services continues at blazing speed, our Run your Business Area is now on the lookout for an inspiring Agile Team Coach.
In this role, you will work with a crowd of bright people co-tackling a wide variety of technical challenges and driven by a shared ambition to create hassle-free solutions for our sellers.

In this role, you will coach more than one cross-functional team and get the opportunity to co-tackle a wide variety of challenges together with a group of talented people driven by a shared ambition to create hassle-free solutions for our sellers.
In short, You will be key in helping our teams to be the best that they can be.

Simply stated, your day-to-day responsibilities will essentially consist in:
Being a Team Coach and Facilitator.
Supporting Team delivery and cross team collaboration.
Effectively ranging from gently observing to nudging into challenging the team, based on the situational need.
Building an amazing team together with the Tech, Product and Design people of the team, supported by your Tech Manager.
Coaching team in both Lean & Agile values and principles.
Helping teams become fast and efficient in removing impediments. hopefully even before they become blockers.

The skills & experience to succeed


In complement with previous experience in coaching Agile teams, the following skills and know-hows will help you to be successful:
Deep understanding of lean and agile principles and values.
Clear and effective communication skills (in English).
An ability to zoom-in and zoom-out whenever needed.
a strong drive of moving forward and making things happen.
A very strong adaptation skills to coaching style depending on your team’s maturity and need.
An intuition and a genuine passion for helping teams and individuals to grow.
An ability to craft a high focus factor for the team.
