Assignment Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agile Team Coach to join our team
What you will work on:
Assist the team in determining the most suitable agile frameworks, techniques, and methods for their specific environment and requirements.
Practise and uphold agile concepts and values.
Remove obstacles that prevent the team from meeting their objectives and delivering business value.
Facilitate various meetings such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
Provide support and assistance to the product owner.
Maintain continuous communication with the business and other agile teams within the development center.

What you bring:
Previous experience as a Scrum Master or similar role as an agile team coach.
Knowledge of various agile methods and Scrum Master certification
Proficient in active listening to establish and enhance relationships and support effective communication.
Ability to lead teams in their development.
Capable of providing constructive feedback.
Proficient in working with Azure DevOps (required).
Advantageous to have experience with deliveries in Azure or other cloud platforms.
Previous experience in development/testing.
Experience working on complex and high-intensity projects.
Prior experience collaborating closely with product owners/product teams.
