In the Fixed and Mobile Convergence Tribe, we are building a new, modern and fast-paced software development organization with a mission to transform our core and build a world class business support system to support a smooth customer journeys. 

What you’ll do
As an Agile team lead you will embark on a digitalization journey as one of the key players in one of our fast-moving squads within the FMC Tribe. You will lead and coach an agile squad of about six developers, solution architect and product owner working with DevOps, taking an end-to-end responsibility of the health and well-being of our microservices, both when building new features and in production. 

In your role as ATL you will proactively drive improvements, manage the health and well-being of your squad members and ultimately ensure your squad is high performing and happy at work. You are the squads scrum master, encouraging and supporting an agile mindset, continuously balancing it with traditional project management skills. You act as the squads formal leader, responsible for the delivery, representing the squad when needed to ensure successful collaboration between other squads and stakeholders.

Who are you
You are a seasoned leader within software development. You have several years of hands-on experience in managing successful team deliveries in roles such as project manager, scrum master, team lead or similar. You are a people person with great communication skills and you are not afraid of challenge yourself and your colleagues to get the work done. You are always striving for improvements and love to understand what your squads pain-points is to mitigate them. You know the agile principles and you have a toolbox of methods and techniques ready to support the daily routines within the squad.
