Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Agile Team Leader who is experienced in leading management or development assignments.

What you'll do:
● Work partly in operational management where the different teams communicate with each other but also with the development of the business, such as changed regulatory requirements, new responsibilities, etc.
● Change agent with a passion for coaching and supporting teams to transform their behaviours toward and Agile way of working.
● Promote an agile mindset to management and people outside the teams and team of teams, and champion the changes and belief re-sets required to affect the desired business results.
● Work with the CoP/teams to ensure the appropriate tools are being leveraged and enterprise practices are being followed to enable consistency and metrics where needed.
● Assess agile health and maturity and use this to inform your coaching, mentoring and development approach.
Who you are:
● Have relevant training and experience regarding coaching and change management (preferably ADKAR) and practical experience from working with DevSecOps, CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
● Several years of experience in management or development assignments in the educational domain.
● Enjoy driving agile change with a balanced view of "slavishly following frameworks" and "not eroding a framework.
● Have a coaching and friendly way that creates a safe and pleasant atmosphere.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
