Join us in the role as Team Manager delivering the best agile teams on the market!
Being one of the pioneers in delivering agile teams, AFRY has the processes, experience, and know-how to build efficient teams, easily adapted to our customers’ organizations. We build highly competent and versatile teams and our customer experience range from Telecom and Automotive to MedTech and IT.
As a team manager in our in-house development organization, you will be at the heart of things when it comes to team deliveries. Here you will work closely with the agile teams (recruitment, budget, securing team efficiency etc.), different customers (sales & delivery) and AFRY management from different AFRY organizations.
You will also be an integral part of our expanding development organization working in tight cooperation with management in defining the strategy and roadmap for the future.

Qualifications
We believe you have exceptional communication skills and a deep interest in interpersonal relations and group development. You will join an existing, highly collaborative group of team managers with deep experience in group development and high-performing agile teams. With your background, you add a new dimension to this group that will further strengthen our deliveries.
You are definitely a team player, and you engage trust with both developers and customers in the way you communicate.
You have a background as a developer in a team-based organization where you have taken leading roles for at least five years.
