About the position
As Agile Technical Project Manager you will join the IT department.
In the role you will work with highly skilled colleagues in an inspiring and changing environment. Your competence, technical know-how and agile project management skills will be challenged as an Agile Technical Project Manager. We are building and replacing back-end systems, so performance and making the old work with the new will be your main focus. Since ATG is a complex organization, you will need to plan, coordinate, and manage all development teams that are required to build “the next big thing!”. You will need to understand that building something means cooperating with several different teams, where the priorities may not always be the same, but where we all share a common goal: “Building the World’s Best Betting Experience”.


This is not a role for someone who likes to talk about “building big things”. This is not a role for someone who sits in an office and talks about “this is agile”. This is a role for someone who truly believes in “management by walking around”, is driven and structured and has the good sense to listen to people.


To succeed in this role:
As a person you are used to work independently and used to leading developers and testers as well as communicating with key stakeholders and manage steering groups. You have a lot of people relying on you to make this role work. You need to be orderly and structured but like to work agile with a willingness to listen and change your mind. You are service minded and social. We operate in a fast-moving industry where a lot of things happens very fast. Thus, we believe that you are creative and able to take initiative and drive issues.
