Join Us as an AI Experience Specialist – Shape the Future of European Intelligent Cockpits
Are you ready to revolutionize the automotive industry with cutting-edge AI? We’re seeking a visionary AI Experience Specialist to lead the development, design, and optimization of AI experiences for European intelligent cockpits. Your work will directly enhance user satisfaction, boost brand competitiveness, and drive product innovation.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct in-depth research on European market trends and user needs to craft long-term strategies and short-term goals for AI-driven cockpit experiences.
Analyze competitor products to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights that drive innovation and set new industry standards.
Lead the European team in enhancing the intelligent cockpit experience by establishing AI product standards, aligning with global teams, and conducting regular usability tests to ensure a superior user experience.
Work closely with AI R&D teams in China and Europe to define and execute strategic plans for AI product development over the next 1-3 years, mapping out a clear technology roadmap.
Lead the analysis and planning of innovative features for European cockpit AI, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of technological advancement.

What We’re Looking For:
A background in overseas studies, particularly in AI, human-computer interaction, or user experience design.
8+ years of experience in user experience design and product management within the automotive sector, focusing on AI-driven cockpit projects.
Strong capabilities in product design and industry research, with a proven ability to lead and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Deep understanding of user experience, with sharp insights and the ability to apply relevant research and optimization methods.
Exceptional communication skills, ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different cultures and professional backgrounds.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
