Excellent, as we are now looking for creative, energetic, AI/ML technical coordinator to join our Network Automation unit. We are embracing a start-up mentality to deliver our product with better customer experience and increased organizational efficiency. The Network Automation unit is part of PDU Cloud RAN, a new organization that will be leading the acceleration and creation of a cloud-native Radio Access Network (RAN) product offering with commercial engagements starting during 2020.
As TC responsible for AI/ML implementation both within the network automation and influencing the wider AI/ML community within PDU Cloud RAN, you will collaborate with Program and Product Line to ensure that AI/ML is at the heart of our application development.
Key responsibilities include:
• assisting in the definition of AI goals for Cloud RAN
• give technical support regarding AI / ML to teams (implementation, study, integration, test or maintenance).
• coordinate the creation of study and implementation epics related to the AI goals, including technically guide epic drivers and endorse e-decisions in the anatomy meeting
• be Network Automation’s technical interface towards the wider organization in terms of AI / ML
You will be expected to work closely with the other Product Development Groups or Function Groups to ensure that the entire PDU Cloud RAN program works towards common AI / ML goals. You will also be expected to work closely with other DNEW PDUs or FUs as it relates to providing a cohesive Ericsson offering. You will work closely towards our market areas and customer units as well as Ericsson’s lead customers as it relates to this domain.

Minimum criteria that will be used to qualify applicants:
• Education: Masters or Phd in AI or related topic with minimum 5 years research or software development practice in AI
• Domain experience: 5 years experience in RAN AI
• Cloud Native experience: Experience from working with Cloud Native and microservice development or research
• SW Development: 3 years of experience from SW Development and working with agile methods
• Coaching & Mentoring skills : 2 years team lead experience in AI
