Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior AIDA Business Analyst to join our dynamic team
What you will work on:
Lead the elicitation, creation, and documentation process of User Stories, organizing and conducting workshops as necessary within a global team setting.
Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering positive and productive interactions with key stakeholders.
Develop data flow and business processes to support project objectives.
Provide support and input for Functional risk assessments.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure alignment of Business Analysis (BA) deliverables with overall project objectives.
Work closely with the Test team to ensure their understanding of User Stories and review test cases.
Review and create relevant business and IT documentation to support project goals.

What you bring:
5+ years of experience in product management and/or business analysis, preferably in the life sciences industry.
Demonstrated experience in building GxP compliant systems.
Ability to drive an independent workstream within the context of a broader team project.
Comfortable navigating ambiguous and evolving situations.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Familiarity with the software development life cycle process, including Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
Experience collaborating with multiple teams, including QA, development, and stakeholders such as clients.
Confidence in interfacing with clients across various business sectors.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, fostering an inclusive environment across all levels of the organization.
