Would you like to join a collaborative, driven team that will enable the best Hardware utilization and business decision for our customers´ stakeholders? Right now, we´re looking for a patient and resilient ICT Asset Manager to join the team in Linköping, Sweden. They work with developing and maintaining the system landscape to support the daily operation at highest level of efficiency. Through the use of their processes and tools, and a data driven approach, they maximize the HW value for our customer and deliver an optimized global asset management function.
As ICT Asset Manager you´ll act as the project manager from pre-study to implementation. Through an E2E approach you´ll drive the testing and deployment of new functionality, and drive and develop processes and tools to enable this. As part of this you´ll challenge the existing ways of working to strive for continuous improvement. Cross functional collaboration makes up a major part of all the work and you´ll be working closely with other teams in translating business and operation needs into a roadmap towards an exciting future. As manager you´ll also work with supporting the daily operations and analyze the HW management E2E processes.
To succeed and thrive in this role you´ll need to be able to analyze the problems in front of you, see the value in delivering results and meeting customer expectations, and be able to work according to a set structure. What are the qualifications & experience requirements?
• University degree in system engineering computer science and or/ business administration or any equivalent or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience with IT tools, preferably Asset Management tools or ERP such as SAP.
• Experience in process development and demand handling.
• Good skills to co-ordinate teams and team leading skills.
• Experience working with multi-national global organizations.
• Experience of virtual work team environments.
• ITIL foundation certification, preferably.
