Technogarden är ett konsultföretag som erbjuder tekniska resurskonsulter samt rekryterar specialister och chefer till teknikbolagen i Norden.Vi ingår i Norconsultkoncernen som är Norges största rådgivande ingenjörsverksamhet.Technogarden är idag 260 anställda och vi växer kraftigt.Job description The department you manage, a part of our Supply Unit, produce customer unique plate heat exchangers.The department consists of three areas, order handling, construktion and production with totally 70 employees.We export to the whole world with a turnover of 750 MSEK.Our customers are mainly in the power industry, off-shore and process industry.During the last years there has been a major expansion within the department.One of your challenges will be to adjust the organisation according to these new demands and to secure delivery to customers long and short term.You will drive the development of the department towards World Class by developing both employees and processes.Tools that are used for continuous improvement are 5S, Six Sigma and Lean.Your are working closely with marketing departments, sales companies and customers which mean that you will have internal as well as external contacts.You will be a part of the Manufacturing management team and also work with projects outside of your department.There will be five persons reporting directly to you.[[ Qualifications We are looking for a person who enjoys and is challenged by leading and motivating people.You see the challenges and possibilities in driving change.You will reach the targets by delegating, working through people.You have a positive attitude and business focus.You have a technical university degree and five years experience in managing people.Experience from the power industry, off-shore or process industry field is an advantage.You are fluent in English.[[ We offer you Alfa Laval is a leading global provider of specialized products and engineering solutions.Our equipment, systems and services are dedicated to assisting customers in optimizing the performance of their processes.Time and time again.We help them heat, cool, separate and transport products such as oil, water, chemicals, beverages, foodstuff, starch and pharmaceuticals.Our worldwide organization works closely with customers in almost 100 countries to help them stay ahead.
