Our Exciting Opportunity
Would you like to be a developer involved in developing future RF linearization algorithms in the Ericsson radio? Then this may be the opportunity for you! Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. coordinate our projects in cross-functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
Your role will include all development activities such as requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations and tools design.
You will
Take ownership for innovation of new algorithm ideas
Have an interest in developing, testing, and verifying high-quality products.
Perform linearization on power amplifiers to evaluate our algorithms
Provide troubleshooting and customer support.
Be responsible for driving strategic technical leadership within algorithms development
Be in charge of performing continuous analysis and requirement handling.
We would like the candidate to drive continuous improvements in products and processes and develop competence in the technical domain. You will report to Manager Networks Radio Common Radio Modules Algorithm Digital Pre Distortion in Stockholm.
To be successful in the role you must have
At least Master’s degree in Signal Processing, Wireless communication, Electronics engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar.
At least 2-4 years of work experience is preferable
Domain experience: RF, Signal processing, DPD (Digital pre-distortion), Machine learning and Algorithms development.
Tools experience: MATLAB, Vivado, Git.
Good programming skills in C, C++, Python or similar
Experience with RF measurements tools, Spectrum Analyzers, HLS tools are good to have
Knowledge in Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management
Technical leadership experience with a personality to encourage others within the team
