AliasSmith is Europe’s leading importer and brand builder of Mexican high-quality spirits. In 18 years, we have created a distribution network of 52 distributors across 27 countries. Since 2021, AliasSmith, started distributing some of the world most known celebrity brands from various parts of the world and we have today an ambitious rollout plan of new products and foresee an expansion in both markets, customers and products. In order to create a solid business, we are searching for a talented resource that can act as key account manager foreseeing our key providers and support the Procurement Officer as an assistant.
Your role – Key Account Management and Procurement-Assistant
Now when we are about to take the next step in our expansion, we need to strength our team with a colleague that can help us implement best practices in key account management towards Key Providers. In other words, we believe that you will become essential in the expansion helping in the overall communication to our providers, setting brand management strategies and implementing new routines to give the best service to our providers.
In your role, you will establish and implement Key account strategies, perform analyzes, report KPIs, and ensure budgets and objectives regarding sales, share and profitability targets both for our providers brands as well as our own. Your work is also to identify, realize and develop new potential portfolio collaborations. We expect the Key Account Management duties to require approx. 50% of the total employment time.
In the remaining time as CEO-assistant in AliasSmith, you will play a very important roll participating in most activities the Chief Procurement Officer oversees such as planning, negotiations, communication and executing parts of the agreements made. One moment you’ll assists proofing texts, enquiring customer and provider satisfaction, follow up compliance of agreements or helping in logistics, all as needs arise.
We will provide you internally with training and guidance on our systems, products and industry so that you can manage your tasks. If you are ambitious and have the right profile, we will encourage you to take responsibility for any of our projects.
You will be stationed in our office in Stockholm but expected to eventually travel to visit our providers and partners as well as clients and participate in various events and fairs.
Your Profile
As a team player in AliasSmith we believe that you are well organized, structured and have the required experience and personality to drive the business. We believe that you are entrepreneurial spirited and have the ability to turn challenges into opportunities and the strength and pace to lead the way to growth and good service.
We need you to have at least 5 years’ experience in the spirits industry and expect you to have a university degree where numbers and analytics is an essential part. Experience in conducting negotiations with providers overseeing marketing budgets and a basic understanding of logistics is equally important.
Since our market is Europe/Euroasia, it is a must that you are fluent in English and an advantage if you speak Spanish or Russian. We expect you to be proficient in Microsoft-tools like excel, word. Most important of your qualities is accuracy and eye for details beside being an easily learner.
The position we are offering is a full-time job starting ASAP with an initial probationary period of 6 months followed by an indefinite contract if the candidate is deemed suitable. Salary is on a fix month salary plus performance related bonus.
