We are now looking for a Alliances Relationship Manager to join our Alliance team. You can work from our HQ in Stockholm or one of our offices in Washington D.C or Berlin.

Hive Alliance’s team is responsibilities include driving executive and field relationships with leading Strategic and Advisory Partners. The team establishes and grows business and technical relationships with Hive’s partners. Enabling top-line revenue growth, overall end partner advocacy and partner adoption across designated market segments.

Hive has many partners that they cherish, with whom the team’s focus is building communities and strong relationships; Microsoft is one of the important ones! The team supports the rest of Hive Streaming business unit with knowledge about our partners and how to successfully collaborate with them to reach greater success.

Working as a Alliances Relationship Manager

As a Alliances Relationship Manager you'll have a high-visibility role, working in the Alliance team together with our strategic partners and alliances to secure, grow and manage partnerships. Your responsibility is to make sure our partners have the best partner experience across all stages of the lifecycle in a partnership is a core task.

In addition to building and growing relationships, you’ll have the ability to manage the many different parts of the role: co-selling, marketing, strategy, partner account management and relationship building. Your focus is optimizing a portion of our existing portfolio of strategic partners and supporting new ones.

You will...

- Actively drive to grow our existing and potential new alliances and strategic partnerships
- Serving as the central point of relationship management and communication for Alliances and Partnerships and drive customer centricity whilst upholding the best partner experience
- Part of the team that develops and maintains the implementation of the go-to-market strategy for Alliances & partnerships
- Collaboratively work with Alliance, Customer Success Management, Pre-sales & Support, Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Marketing and Legal & Compliance to deliver the best solution based on the partner and company needs
- Developing targets/indicators to measure & follow up on partner success within Alliances & Strategic Partnerships
- Support and help to create marketing collateral and presentations to be used by partnership team & partner’s stakeholder for pitches together with the Partner Marketing Manager
- Manage strategic relationships, having a diplomatic approach to negotiation, and strong project management skills together with the Strategic Partner Manager
- Use business strategy and market development with deep analytical and business modeling skills
- Developing relationships with both internal enterprise field organization and field organizations of our partners
- Working with alliances leadership to commence the build and deployment of business plans with key partners annually; complete business activities in accordance with plan throughout the year


Previous Experience

- 3+ years of experience in a management consulting firm, SaaS, or within the Partnership Ecosystem, Si, Telecommunications, ISV or Microsoft
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of business, economics or within the field of data
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbally, and with PowerPoint
- Experience with Financial and Data Modelling is an advantage
- Put the customer experience and Partner experience first in all considerations
- Be able to engage other internal and external stakeholders without formal power
- Key interpersonal traits: motivation, structure, adaptability, unquestionable ethics & integrity
- Experience using a CRM or contact management system
- Openness and ability to be coached, passion for winning, persistence and determination
