Jobbeskrivning:

HP ALM is a tool used to store requirements and test artifacts with associated metadata for the customers IT department. HP ALM is widely used within the customer and is one of the foundation tools used for many projects.

We are looking for a technical administration person, that must be able to program in Visual Basic. Your daily role will be to support projects with their questions on how to use HP ALM, but also evolve the foundation model that all projects use.

HP ALM is tightly integrated with Jira as both products replicate bi-directionaly with each other. You will also be responsible for this product and make sure replication between the systems are working as intended together with the technical resource that works with Jira.

You have experience working with external software vendors like HP, as you need to showcase bugs, replicate scenarios and drive issues forward against the software vendor.

You are thorough, curious and like to challenge ideas. You have preferably a background as a programmer or tester.

You will work with a highly competent team where everyone are experts in their own fields.

Activities overview

The person will perform the following activities
Administrate HP ALM tool. This includes patchning and upgrades
Implement customer needs in the tool and support users in their usage of the tool
Invistigate problems experianced by ALM users
Develop approved customization scripts in ALM
Maintain and develop replication of different items between JIRA and ALM
Participate in different workshops related to requirements, test and ALM.
Meet different teams and answer on their question about ALM.
Help to explore ALM possibilities when needed. E.g. when integrating it with other tools.
Follow up development of ALM at HP and update other members of Development Support ALM team.
Support project in their ALM usage (information synchronization of different ALM projects, securitity, requirements, tests and defects flows in ALM and more)

Jira 1-3 år

Fluent English

Meriterande:
System Development 3-5 år
Tester 3-5 år
