ALPS driver to Alfa Laval in Lund

Main responsibilities
ALPS(Alfa Laval Production System) based upon the Lean principles is the way Alfa Laval work in the Operations with Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. To ensure they continuously have an ALPS program "fit for purpose" they have a central ALPS team driving the program and supporting local sites in their ALPS work.

Being part of ALPS central team your key tasks are program development, coaching and training(Team Managers and Unit Managers among others) within ALPS tool-box. You have a sharp ear to lockal needs and are capable of transforming these into an ALPS program fit for purpose. You are able to give hands-on support and coaching but also challenge the factories world-wide to reach next level of performance. This job will stimulate both your stategic thinking as well as your operational approach.

Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent experience. Several years of relevant experience from production/manufacturing company and substantial change management experience, within Lean/Six Sigma.

You are a resultdriven project manager with the ability to achieve set objectives/goals by motivating people. You have a pedagogical skill either documented in training experience or from a line manager position. You are service- and open-minded with strong communication skills and an open and friendly attitude. You are well organized and quality minded and a strong team-player who can also perform independently.
