Do you want to lead the global Autonomous Maintenance & Planned Maintenance Master Pillar in Supply Chain Operations Industrial Base Performance organization?
In this position, you will drive activities to improve the Autonomous Manufacturing and Planned Maintenance pillar effectiveness in SCO-PM factories. You will deploy global losses and coordinate prioritization of projects together with cluster and central teams. You are responsible for continuously driving the methods, competences, and systems to improve global performance in MTBI, Maintenance Cost and Preventive Maintenance. As our Autonomous Maintenance & Planned Maintenance Master Pillar Leader, you will be part of an engaged team on a mission to support our converting factories to drive zero losses! What you will do
Your main responsibilities:
Deploy global Autonomous Maintenance & Planned Maintenance losses and continuously improve loss deployment systems
Follow-up global Autonomous Maintenance & Planned Maintenance pillars evolution and provide support as needed
Develop training material on Autonomous Maintenance & Planned Maintenance methodologies and tools
Deliver Autonomous Maintenance & Planned Maintenance trainings based on identified gaps and needs
Coordinate and promote good practices sharing across the clusters
Lead or support Autonomous Maintenance & Planned Maintenance pillar and team audits where required
Lead global improvements projects/activities as per the strategy
Collaborate with other Master Pillars to ensure alignment with overall ambition and direction
You will be based in Lund and report to the Director World Class Manufacturing & Quality, travelling might be up to 25%.
Who you are
You have at least 2 years prior experience of leading an Autonomous Maintenance or Planned Maintenance pillar in a factory.
You have practically applied for at least 5 years World Class Manufacturing methods/tools and successfully lead improvement teams. As well you have a good understanding of other core World Class Manufacturing pillars.
Your drive for results as well as your ability to lead and drive performance through others will be crucial in the role. You enjoy collaboration and have the ability to manage stakeholders and networks across geographies and organisational boundaries.
You are a strong communicator and driving change and improvement will be highly motivating to you.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
Knowledge of Business Objects and SAP-PM is required, while knowledge of PowerBI is also considered a merit.
