Sandvik IT is a support function with the mission of meeting the IT needs of Sandvik's business globally. This is done in an international environment within various areas of responsibilities, such as IT architecture, management systems, process development, IT security and IT support, among others. Today, there are about 1000 people working in IT within Sandvik.

We are now looking for an Application Management (AM) Coordinator for PLM and MDM, for a temporary assignment of one year. It is a challenging position, in which you have the opportunity to lead and plan the work independently. SAP is a growing area at Sandvik, so this temporary position could be a chance to show your capacity for future challenges. Our SAP PLM team responsible for the EPLM and the future SAP PLM solutions is located in Tübingen, Germany. Our SAP MDM team is in Orleans, France. We are now aiming to fully implement our AM concept; not just for the systems in these areas, but also for the whole Product Lifecycle Management process.

Key performance areas
As an AM Coordinator, you lead and deliver application management within the SAP PLM and MDM areas.
You are the coordinator between the Business Areas (BAs) and our AM delivery teams in Sweden, Germany and France. You work in accordance with the AM concept, handling incidents, problems and change, as well as developing and improving the AM methods and processes.

Your responsibilities also include:
- Allocating resources according to needs
- Following up and reporting to the customer (system owner)
- Following up internally and reporting in accordance with the AM concept
- Coordinating with partners (e.g., external suppliers) and following up on their performance, services, etc.
- Providing input (expectations and feedback) for the performance management process
- Escalating critical issues and risks to managers

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in IT, or equivalent knowledge obtained in another manner, and experience of customer relations and the customers' business. Knowledge of project management and SAP is good to have. You have skills in English and Swedish, in both writing and speaking, and skills in German are a plus.
