Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. In this exciting, dynamic, and diverse environment, we are now looking for a Scrum Master to the Contracted Services IT team.

What to expect
You will join as Scrum master and Agile coach for teams that, among other things, work with exploring and developing web solutions to support our Sales & Services departments with their Contracted Services business. We work with business and IT as one and are involved in the entire system development process, from concept development to implementation and production. The team is responsible for development and maintenance of current and future IT services that support Scania’s Contracted services process.
You will play a central role in our team and will have many contacts around the Scania organisation. You will be involved in the whole development process from requirements, development, testing and release management. You will work in close cooperation with product and process owners on issues relating to Way of working – both short and long term.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who is passionate about agile working methods, has a true agile mindset and enjoys the challenge of getting people and technology to function as a team to achieve optimal results. You are a natural leader, caring about people equally as much as results. You also see opportunities for personal development in a technology-intensive global company.
In a perfect world, you have 100 years of experience as a Scrum master and you are currently also working as an Agile coach. Of course, we know that 100 years of experience is impossible, which is why we also highly value your remarkable personality.

Location
Scania headquarter is located less than 40 km south of Stockholm city. It is easily accessible by regional train, commuter train, bus or car. Scania's own bus line, Scania Job Express, goes from Stockholm city directly to Scania in Sodertalje. However we work from wherever we can be awesome, combining work from home and office depending on teams need.
