Job Type: Full time 40 hours, 12 month fixed-term contract (part time 24 & 32 hours also available)
Location: Den Haag (temporary virtual due to Covid 19)
Pay Rate: €13.00 per hour + €1.50 Language Premium per hour plus up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only)
So, what will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
You will act as the first point of contact for our customers by answering their queries through phone, chat or email. You will support our customers with their orders, product queries, payment issues, account updates, website education or problems they may be having. If you are a people person and can deliver great customer service, this role is for you.
No previous contact centre experience necessary, as we will provide an initial 4-week training. As this training is imperative for setting you up for assisting our customers, no holidays can be taken during this time.
What skills will you need?
Strong communication skills in Swedish/English (fluent in written and oral)
Experienced handling of an PC
Have the right to work fulltime in The Netherlands
Friendly and customer-oriented appearance in every situation
Willingness to work in flexible shifts (early, late, night, weekend and overtime as required)
Minimum age: 18 years
Due to temporary virtual, a broadband internet connection of at least 20 Mbps is required, work from home requires 50Mbps
What will your working week look like?
In order to ensure that we match customer demand, we’ll schedule your work based on a variety of shift patterns between Monday and Sunday from 7am to 9pm, for a contract period of 12 months. Expect to be working 5 days a week on average during this time. Amazon customer service is open 365 days a year, which means you may be scheduled on red days. You will then of course receive a premium on your salary.
