This is where you come into the picture! For our Business Area Europe Sales organization, we are looking for a driven Amazon International KAM for Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) and Wellbeing (WB, including Floor care/Air Care products) to join the central Amazon team to together leverage the account across Europe.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our Global Headquarters in Stockholm, while we are also open for relevant candidates who may need to be located across Europe.
Your everyday challenge
• Responsible for the Amazon EU conditions on a European level-Amazon Commercial Deck
• Define the Amazon EU range (SDA/WB & SC&A) for Electrolux and AEG with the central Product Line Managers
• Define the Amazon EU prices together with Electrolux Central Pricing team
• Create the sales strategy for Amazon on a European level
• Create and align on, Cluster governance, the pan EU promotional campaign calendar containing the offers for the big Amazon deal events (Deal of the day, Flashdeals, PrimeDay, Black Friday,Brand Weeks etc.)
• Define with the local logistic teams and local sales operation managers the right logistic set up, will differ per Cluster
• Work together with the local teams and Amazon on a European forecast though per Cluster to secure that Sell In is matching Sell Out per marketplace
• Build and drive the best in class experience with the Content Activation Manager on Amazon. Secure that all PDPs contain the right and optimized information such as (A+ Premium Content) high quality images and videos on all Amazon platforms across EU
• Define with the Local Amazon Sales/Content Activation Manager the AMS/AMG budget and define with the agency (if not inhouse) the right marketing strategy to increase the Amazon Sell Out turnover
• Responsible to find the right agency for the AMS/AMG campaigns per Cluster if needed
• Set up trainings within the local teams for the exchange of best practices and learnings
• Helping and coaching the E-Commerce triangle where needed per Cluster
• Secure across WoW learning to optimize local handling of the Amazon account
• Increase the customer experience with the Amazon Experience Manager, so all reviews and Q&As are answered on Amazon
• Work close together with the Amazon EU SDA/WB Vendor Manager and the EU SDA/WB Brand Specialist Manager on a weekly basis
• Handle the Amazon SDA/WB SIOC setup across EU
• Drive the Cluster EU governance based on Brand Analytics and Electrolux performance Dashboard

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• University / Business School or equivalent
• This role requires as minimum 5-10 years of experience working with international Key Account Management on a European level
• Hands on experience with Amazon account is a plus
Required Languages: Fluent in English in speaking and writing is a prerequisite, other language skills will be a benefit.
