Job Description
BancTec Sweden is looking for a Project Manager, based in Stockholm and working for the Nordic operation. As a member of the Business Solution Group (BSG), the Project Manager will be working in close cooperation with other members for design, development, configuration and testing of software solutions to be used for document capture, data extraction and workflow/case management systems. These solutions will be used internally in BancTec Operations or in an external customer environment.
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain a good relationship between BancTec and the customer
• Manage analysis of customer’s requirements and establish project deliverables
• Produce and maintain proper Project documentation
• Project management and act as a project resource according to Prince2 processes
• Revenue and resource forecasting
• Supporting sales on key strategic customer visits / presentations

The successful candidate will be working in close cooperation with the other members of the Business Solutions Group on the design, development, configuration, testing and delivery of software solutions used for document capture and data extraction. These solutions will be used internally in the BancTec BPO department or at the customer premises. The vacancy is based in newly renovated facilities in Västberga, Stockholm.

Requirements / Qualifications
We are looking for a person with a relevant degree and established working experience with project management. A certification on a project management methodology is not required, but a competence level ‘Practitioner’ is preferable. The project management model Prince2 is not required, but preferred. We are also looking for someone who want and likes to be involved in a bigger perspective. As a project manager at BancTec your responsibilities will also be to work with other departments, ensuring the best delivery possible to both existing and future clients. BancTec is a sourcing partner managing information and transactions, in part or taking full responsibility for the client’s processes. To do this BancTec needs to develop software to support different solutions in a secure and efficient way. It is of course preferable if you have experience in this field but we are also very interested if you have similar experience. In this role you must be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
Furthermore we are looking for a person who enjoys working with people both on the customer side and internally with colleagues from different areas of the company. You like to grow as a person as well as contributing to the clients and the company.
