Ambitious Scrum Master for Infrastructure Platform Development

The team (IUAL) is looking for a Scrum Master with a passion for Scrum, People, Improvement work, Innovation and Agility in general. 

Our Journey forward 

The IT infrastructure department in Scania develops and delivers all necessary components and services in on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. The team is responsible for a big part of Scania’s Business critical compute workload on Operating Systems, Databases and Applications server technologies. 

We are involved in the future of this strategic platform for Scania, drive the development and implementation of technical solutions. We must define and deliver in close cooperation with our Base Infra colleagues and development teams how Software Defined with mindset self-service, orchestration and 100% automation can be achieved.  

Your Role

As a Scrum Master you will act as a "servant leader" of the IUAL Infrastructure Platform Development team by owning and being responsible for the internal SCRUM process, coaching about scrum and agility on individual and group level, protecting the team from disturbances outside our plans, removing impediments and in general helping the team remain successful, developing and on schedule while delivering high customer value. You do this in close cooperation with the team and the Product/Service Owner. In addition, you will:


• Drive tactical, consistent team-level improvement as part of the Scrum process
• Understand our strategy, objectives and technology to ensure development work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with objectives and help the team overcome development roadblocks.
• Work in group and independently receiving oversight during critical decision points or issues
• Administrate tools, frameworks, and methodologies for team-level activities, within established guidelines
• Facilitate efforts of large and complex features that may involve integrating multiple external teams
