American English content writer for sports betting website in the US

Leadstar Media is a fast growing Swedish start-up company that runs several websites within sports and sports betting. Today the company consists of seven employees, several full-time freelancers and part-time freelancers. The company's largest markets today are Sweden and UK, but the company has a presence in Norway, Denmark and Germany as well. We are now looking to expand the business to the US since online sports betting is growing in the country and becoming legal in several states.


The office is based in the central Stockholm. In addition to work, we also organize other activities outside of working hours such as watching live sports events, both in Sweden and abroad. We offer competitive wages.
We are expanding to the US market and we are now looking for an American English speaking person who can update our US sites with sports betting and sports content.


- You should be interested in sports and have a general knowledge about different sports.
- It’s a big plus if you are interested in sports betting and have a good knowledge about sports betting.
- You should be great in expressing yourself in the written American English language.
- It’s a big plus if you have experience and knowledge from the US market in general and specifically the US sports betting market.
Depending on your current work situation and whether you would be looking for employment or for freelance work, we can customize the workload from 20 hours a week to full time. Your job tasks can include the following:
