Then Merchant Monitoring is for you. Merchant Monitoring is an operational team focusing on mitigating risk imposed by merchants and to minimize the financial and reputational losses for Klarna. All decisions are made by analyzing merchant behaviour in order to find anomalies which indicate suspicious activity.


Currently we are looking to strengthen our team with another star. As part of the Merchant Monitoring team you will be working as a Business Operations Associate and together with the rest of the team you will be analyzing merchant behaviour and taking necessary action.


Main tasks include:


Act on alarms and deviant merchant behaviour, such as detecting merchant fraud attempts, bankruptcies, operational issues and other potential cost drivers
Communicate and keep stakeholders informed across the organization
Work with improvements in terms of routines, tools and processes
