If so, then that’s fantastic! We are now looking for a System Engineer within Enterprise Service Management and Business Process Management and Optimization (BPMO). 
REQUIREMENTS
We would like you to have knowledge and Experience within:
The area of IT Service Management and Enterprise Service Management.
Working with ServiceNow as an application.
Working in Agile software development teams and with Agile development practices.
Design and architecture concepts.
Operations engineering practices including BDD (Behavior Driven Development), TDD (Test Driven Development), Test automation, DevOps using Industry Standard toolset.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main task will be to:
Deliver high quality digital services and engineering to support consumers across IKEA to be more efficient and reach the many people. And drive modern software engineering principles, utilize the proper tools, and increase of automation to enable the specified business outcomes and create a strong digital foundation for IKEAs Digital Products and Business.
And we want you to do this by:
Develop, run, monitor, and support the assigned Product or Service with the right toolsets required
Deliver a technology service through automation and self-service capabilities for efficiency, availability, and usability
Maintain the provisioning, life cycle management and operation of environments to fulfil the service commitments
Participate in change activities in different environments to secure functionality and availability
Collaborate in tests, performance analysis, configuration management and creation of functional/feature specifications
Cooperate and align with key stakeholders within Ingka and Inter IKEA with interdependencies towards Group Digital related to product/service design
Assisting the various Product Teams with tasks that require optimisation/modifications to the current design
Apply and adhere to good engineering practices within an agile/iterative development approach
Provide support and guidance as needed to other engineers encouraging good practices

Business Process Management and Optimization has two Engineering teams, Enterprise Service Management and Business Process Automation, together we enable a seamless support experience and automation possibilities for IKEA people. We focus on outcome rather than output and keep the customer in focus in everything we do.
We are at the beginning of our journey to implement Enterprise Service Management in INGKA. We move from a scattered support landscape to a seamless user centric one-stop-shop with a high degree of self-service. In the coming years we will add on more and more support areas and use technology to empower IKEA people and enable an awesome support experience.
We’re a small, diverse team and we really care for each other; it is important for us that everyone can be who they are and that we create value together. We are quite autonomous, self-organizing and self-sufficient in many ways, which means part of our daily work is to define how we get things done together. We are based in Malmö, Älmhult and Helsingborg and we see opportunities in a mix of local and remote work.
