We are looking for more talents to join our growing ASIC team in Gothenburg!
Developing cutting edge technology, for the highly aggressive smartphone market, requires both technical expertise as well as agile project work. We are now seeking a Team Leader for our Analog ASIC Design Team in Gothenburg, who wants to make a difference and strengthen the development of Fingerprint’s sensor technology.
What you will do
As an Analog ASIC Design Team Leader, you will work in close cooperation with talented and dedicated colleagues to further develop future sensor systems to meet future demands for fingerprint systems.
You will play an important role in product projects, and you will divide your time between coordinating a wide range of activities, and hands-on technology development. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Plan, coordinate and follow up the Analog ASIC Design team activities on a daily basis
• Provide project support to the project manager on tasks related to Analog ASIC Design
• Take an active part in all aspects of ASIC development flow, from systematization, schematic design, simulation and layout to GDSII and wafer production test.
• Participate in design reviews and create the necessary design and product documentation
• Handle communication with suppliers as well as customers

You are expected to encourage and drive the team forward, as well as having a good understanding in Analog ASIC Design. Your time will be divided between leading the team and hard-core technology development.

Our open and creative environment requires you to be able to drive assignments independently and to self-manage priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
We believe that you have a Master Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent scientific discipline. Previous experience in Analog ASIC design and practical experience from leading a small team is required. Engineering seniority is favored.
• You have a natural aptitude for leading and coordinating others
• You are an encouraging leader with a positive problem-solving attitude
• Expertise in some of the following areas:
• ASIC system and architecture
• Block level design from specification to clean database
• Integration of analog, digital and mixed-signal IP blocks at top-level
• DFT strategy and implementation
• Mixed signal modelling and simulation in Verilog-A
• Chip-level AMS/DMS verification
• Perform Tape-out checks like physical design checks as LVS, DRC, etc.
• Mixed mode foundry processes
• Programming/scripting know-how, e.g. Python, TCL
• Electrical measurement and test
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
