What do we offer?
The Soundpack team is a part of the Personal Centre within Research & Development at Volvo Cars Headquarters in Gothenburg. The Soundpack team is responsible for air borne noise and you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of the area together with your colleagues.

What you’ll do
As an Analysis NVH Engineer within the Soundpack team, you will work with product development at concept phases, industrialisation phases and support quality issues. This will give you a broad insight in the whole life cycle of our vehicles. You will in cooperation with others perform both complete vehicle tests and lab tests, but also work closely with stakeholders to both set and verify requirements.

Do you fit the profile?
We see that you have at least a M.Sc. in engineering and theoretical competence in engineering acoustics and vehicle engineering. You should also have good knowledge of simulations and the analytical capacity to improve test tools. You will need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. NVH experience, is a plus.

On a personal level, you are a team player, and you have a great drive to learn. Also, you are inquisitive and brave to speak your mind to challenge convention while having a customer focus mind-set. You have a true passion for NVH and a genuine interest for driving development within the area. Furthermore, you can build trust and encourage others to boost team development and drive results.
