Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst that wants to join our vision to create a zero-waste food experience and personalizing the dinner experience for thousands of families every week.

We are on a mission to help families eat more varied and healthier food with almost zero waste. Thanks to our business model we throw away less than 1% of the food we buy and since the start we have delivered over 50 000 million meals since we started 2008.

As an Analyst, you will be part of our Nordic technology team with offices in Stockholm, Oslo & Helsingör.
In LMK Group we see tech as an enabler and our technology team is cross-functional and have responsibility all the way from the technology in the food-picking-stations to our customer facing mobile apps.

You will join the Data Science & Analytics team, consisting of Data Engineers, Data Scientists & Analysts. An important part of the job for an Analyst is to interact with all sides of business and find solutions to problems that can be solved by data. An Analyst bridges the gap between our Data Scientists and business to strengthen the decision making and optimizing processes with data analysis or intelligent data driven applications (ML/AI/Optimization) made by the DS & Analytics team. We support Menu, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and marketing with customer insight, forecasting and data driven decision making.

You will be responsible for:

• Automate reports, enable self-service and ad-hoc analysis for the business units.
• Implement training and support in using BI tools for superusers and leaders.
• Work on capabilities around customer insight, clv & churn related to marketing & CRM.

• Operational prognosis and budgeting
• Do analysis in SQL, and/or visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase.
• Act as a support to PO’s and leaders when creating reports
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to automate processes or produce advanced insight based on AI/ML/Optimization.
• Engage leaders with relevant stories, illustrations and insight based on data and present constructive contributions for continuous improvement.

We believe the person we are looking for is:

• You have a customer-oriented mindset
• You are forward leaning, independent and good at time management

• Working with numbers and data is second nature
• You are comfortable with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikView.
• You have an analytic mindset and want to empower the decision making of business units with your data & analytic skills
• You are good at evaluating business problems and are able to come up with strategic advice based on data
• You will bridge the gap between our Data Scientists and Business

• You have at least 1-3 years of experience as an Analyst, Data Analyst or similar.

The role means in short:
The position refers to a permanent full-time employment with six months' probationary employment. You will be placed in our office in Oslo starting as soon as possible.
