We are now looking for Analyst II to the resource pool within Global Information Management in Lund, Sweden.
Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

Location is based in Lund in Sweden. Travelling is not expected to be more than 30 days per year.
What you will do
As an Analyst II you will be responsible for managing the integration between our HR systems and other business applications, as well as taking technical ownership of the HR systems and ensuring they are optimized for performance, reliability, and security. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related systems and providing technical support to HR users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Design, develop, and maintain HR system integrations with other business applications.
· Take technical ownership of the HR systems and ensure they are optimized for performance, reliability, and security.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR systems.
· Provide technical support to HR users.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation related to HR systems.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
· Participate in the testing and deployment of HR system updates and enhancements.

The successful candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR IT, including experience with HR system integrations.
· Strong technical skills and experience working with HR-related systems such as SAP SuccessFactors HXM, Oracle or Workday.
· Experience with web services, APIs, and integration platforms such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration or SFTP.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Strong technical ownership skills and an ability to optimize HR systems for performance, reliability, and security.
In addition, we also would like to see that you have strong proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, in English are excellent.
