About the position
In this position you will be a part of the newly established End-to-End (E2E) Optimization team. The team will consist of six Analyst & Improvement Specialists that have the purpose to ensure an efficient and effective E2E process across the Energy Organization that delivers high value to our customers. To achieve this, we manage and continuously improve (together with the business) the performance of all our core E2E processes, including customer journeys.

We are now looking for six Analyst & Improvements Specialists to the team. It might be you!

As Analyst & Improvement Specialist your focus is on continuously improving the overall E2E chain. You have a central function to identify opportunities and painpoints, as well as work with continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. To realize this, you are responsible for creating transparency on relevant E2E processes, customer journeys, process performance and core E2E KPIs. Furthermore, you will be running in-depth (statistical) analysis on E2E-processes and process performance from as well as a customer, operational and financial perspective. This to provide continuous transparency, insights and improvement possibilities on the E2E customer journeys, processes and departments.

In your position you will provide support towards the organization and work with continuous improvement using lean tools and methods (for example Kaizen, DMAIC, etc.). Furthermore, you ensure the implementation of countermeasures and actions as well as you support and coach employees in different departments regarding continuous improvement. In your daily work you always have the customer experience and organizational efficiency in mind.

These positions are located in Malmö.

Who we are looking for
We hope that our new Analyst & Improvement Specialists have several years of relevant experience within operational excellence. Relevant industry experience is beneficial but not necessary for this position. Preferably you might have a green or black belt in lean six sigma.
