About this opportunity
Welcome to the IT Analysis Credit Risk team in Group Functions Technology. We add value by translating business needs to operational and software requirements and then verifying their validity and priority. As IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in providing our customers with the new solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
* Working with technical requirements specifications (Data analysis, mapping and modelling, solution design).
* Working within IT solutions for DME area.
* Cooperating with multiple stakeholders from different countries in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions.
* Eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional) by cooperating with different stakeholders.
* Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development.
* Being responsible for requirements documentation and quality improvement.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have strong business and technical background and great analytical skills especially in data analysis.
* Have good requirement specification skills (functional and non-functional).
* Have ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
* Are familiar with agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban).
* Are proactive, structured, detail-oriented and quality driven.
Your experience and background:
* Experience in IT analysis.
* Experience or knowledge of Data Mapping and solution integration.
* Practical knowledge of SQL.
* Experience of using Jira and Confluence.
* Excellent communication skills, professional level of English.
* Knowledge of process modelling and UML.
* BPMN knowledge will be an advantage.
* Experience in IT analysys in integration projects.
