Order to Delivery Development P&L, OPR is responsible for challenging and improving the Order to Delivery (O2D) process, meaning that improvement potential and deviations in the O2D process are identified, visualized and directed to the right functions. The main area of responsibility lies within the industrial side but we strive to improve the entire supply chain, End to End, to generate increased delivery performance as well as reduced lead times.
The OPR department is now looking for an Analyst, Order to Delivery development P&L.
Your assignment
You will provide necessary analysis in order to take the right decisions for improvements needed as well as taking part in finding the solutions. Mainly it concerns to continuously monitor and analyse the O2D process performance, when deviations occur do deeper analysis, and upon request do specific pre-studies needed in identified areas.
You will be a part of a team with different roles, that provides a global process perspective to the functional organisation. The team is divided into three regions: “Europe”, “Eurasia, Middle East and Africa” and “Asia and Oceania”. Important aspects to consider are flow efficiency, continuous improvements and standardized methods.
Together with the Region Manager you will challenge and develop the O2D process and be responsible for the follow-through of the activities generated from the improvement work.
Your work contains cross functional cooperation with both industrial and commercial functions. The daily work consists of understanding the process, defining and re-defining requirements, aggregating data, analysing, executing change and keeping close contact with all participants within the flow.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with great interest and experience within Logistics/Supply chain. Preferably with a university degree within this area. You are confident in an international environment, structured and skilled to do analysis that consider root cause factors and put them in the right context. It is necessary to be able to fluently communicate in English, both written and spoken.
You take initiatives and have the ability to execute and ensure that you pursue your commitments, at the same time as you are a good team player. You have good knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel.
