In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of Swedbank’s transformation journey and work in an international team located in Vilnius, Lithuania and Stockholm, Sweden
- Support our shift towards Intelligent Automation
- Get to know different areas at Swedbank, including business and IT
- Contribute to implementing Robotic & Intelligent automations from idea to deployment
What is needed in this role:
- Experience in Robotic Process (RPA) and/or Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA)
- Familiar with Intelligent Automation and/or Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
- Experience in process discovery, analysis, automation and improvement
- Skilled in creating documentation, process maps, defining requirements and acceptance criteria
- Project & stakeholder management skills at different levels
- Good in planning and prioritizing own work, meeting deadlines
- Service and customer-oriented attitude, knowledge in Incident Management
- Fluency in English. Swedish language skills would be an advantage
- Work permit in Sweden
