What you will do
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling analytical and fact-based decision-making in our organization. You will combine your business mindset with your knowledge in analytics, statistics, and mathematics to analyze complex business challenges by using both internal and external data sources. The insights and analyses you are providing will be clear, simple, informative, and inspiring.

In this position, you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate and network throughout our organization and with external stakeholders. You will deep dive into questions our business needs answered to be able to execute the right decisions.

In addition to the above, you will:

- Support and challenge the organization on performance and value creation

- Enable reporting and analysis of results

- Participate in business development projects

- Perform analyses on large sets of data to extract actionable insights that will help drive decisions across the business

- Research qualitative resources, such as articles, books, and whitepapers

- Contribute to business development and innovation by analyzing business consequences of different scenarios, through scenario planning, modeling, and risk assessment

- Help navigate future go to market launches, including determining the pricing model, price metrics, and price points for each product

- Provide active commentary on trends and business intelligence to our stakeholder team to help inspire future products.

About you
You have experience in performing analysis with large datasets and have a high interest in the visual design of data through reports or presentations and how to express the message in a clear and inspiring way. The more data you are able to collect, the happier you will be.

We believe you have a sharp analytical and logical mindset and love problem-solving. Your experience and analytical skills give you the instinct for what kind of methodology is best suited to tackle the question ahead. You are not afraid to show your work and how you came to your conclusions. A structured approach to answering research questions is something you highly value, especially when the questions are loosely defined. Despite challenges, you always succeed to deliver valuable insights and results. You have a curious mindset, a proactive attitude, and always challenge yourself to grow professionally.

In addition, we think you have:

- An academic degree in statistics, economics, business, or similar, alternatively, you have gained similar experience professionally

- 3+ years experience working as an analyst, business analyst, business developer, or similar

- Analytical, data processing, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with digital products with high complexity



It is considered a bonus if you have experience with SQL as well as econometrics software such as R or Pandas.
